Microsoft Outlook Setup
To start, click on or search CONTROL PANEL in the Start Menu:

When CONTROL PANEL opens it may look like this:

Click on VIEW BY: CATEGORY and select either SMALL ICONS or LARGE ICONS, you'll then see all the option displayed similarly to this:

Look for the MAIL option (it may be slightly different depending on what version of Office or Outlook you are using but it'll always have 'Mail' in the name):

You'll now see the MAIL SETUP screen. To proceed click on the SHOW PROFILES... button:

You'll now see the MAIL PROFILES screen. Take note of the name of existing profiles as we will need a unique name for the new Office 365 profile. Once ready, click on the ADD button to setup the new email mailbox:

I RECOMMEND REMOVING THE OLD PROFILE AT THIS POINT, BUT IT CAN BE REMOVED AFTER THE NEW ACCOUNT IS SETUP.
You'll now be asked to provide the NEW PROFILE with a NAME, I would recommend using 'Office 365', once ready click OK to proceed:

(In my case I already have an Office 365 mailbox setup with a profile name of 'Office 365' but you almost certainly will not, so calling it that is a good option to help differentiate it from your existing profiles. As I do already have one called 'Office 365' I'll be naming my new profile 'Office 365 New' for the purposes of this guide.)
You'll now see the ADD ACCOUNT screen:

Here you need to provide your NAME, EMAIL ADDRESS and PASSWORD.
(You may also see this screen without the option for a password but with your name and email address already filled in, in this case simply start deleting the email address and the password boxes will appear.)
Once ready, type in your details:
NAME is just your full name.
EMAIL ADDRESS is your normal email address.
PASSWORD is the same password you use to log into the computer.
The continue press the NEXT button.
Next you'll see the ADD ACCOUNT screen try to connect to your mailbox, this may take a few seconds to complete:

You may also be asked for a username and password, once again this is your email address and the password you use to access your computer. Enter these and check the REMEMBER MY PASSWORD box before clicking the OK button to proceed.
Once this is done you'll see the CONGRATULATIONS screen and you're free to press the FINISH button:

You'll be taken back to the MAIL PROFILES screen, here you will see the newly added profile listed:

By default you will set to ALWAYS USE THIS PROFILE, click on the drop-down below that option and select the name of the new profile you just setup. Once done, click the OK button and close the CONTROL PANEL.
Outlook is now setup with your new email profile and will automatically open it every time you open Outlook. The first time you do it will likely take a while to download and setup your new mailbox but this will only happen once.
