If you are signing into the Azure/Cloud server via the Windows App (the blue square with 4 white squares), follow the below:

1. Go to your search bar at the bottom, type 'Microsoft Store' and open it:

2. Then, search the store for 'Windows app', then 'get more,' and you get to this page, it will say 'get', which you can click and it'll install, then go to open.

3. After, once you click open, it should sign you in with your Office 365 account. If not, use a valid account to sign in:

4. From here, it will show the remote desktop and give a connect buton which you can press to get to the server.
