Shortly afterwards, we chose IT Desk as our technology partner and the impact was immediate. Within the first month, 95% of support requests were resolved within an hour, 18 potential issues were identified and resolved before they affected our users, and our Microsoft Secure Score increased from 30% to 92%. More than 600 spoofed emails have been prevented, 84 phishing attempts have been blocked and multiple endpoint threats have been stopped before they could cause disruption.
Beyond the numbers, the biggest difference has been the confidence it has given our team. Staff can now work securely from home or on the move, knowing they are protected by modern security measures and supported by a responsive, proactive team.
