Things are going spectacularly here at IT Desk, we have been shortlisted for not one but TWO Chamber awards at Barnsley Rotherham Business Awards 2018. Exciting times!
Here’s a look at what we’re up for:
Finance For Enterprise Business Growth Award
This award recognises a business which, through outstanding vision and leadership, has achieved significant and sustained growth or development.
We have grown significantly over the last 3 years (on average 20% increase in turnover and profitability year on year) as a result of the outstanding vision and leadership shown by the Managing Director Chris Wright and the Commercial Director Steve Harper who have reinvested profits back into the business to support its strong growth trajectory and innovative customer offering.
Over the last 3 years we have implemented a detailed business planning and financial forecasting model, identifying key metrics, underpinned by a clear vision of where the company wants to be and how its aims to get there, driven forwards by the ambitious and dedicated Director team.
Pyronix Hikvision Excellence in Customer Service Award
This award will go to an organisation that can best demonstrate that it has the customer at the heart of the business. Entries should include evidence of how the business effectively meets customer’s needs in order to stay ahead of the competition and how the levels of customer services can be measured.
We successfully secured ISO 9001:2015 in April 2018 and have embraced the positive ethos of the accreditation and used it as a framework to build upon and track the quality of the service they give their customers. We request customer feedback after the completion of each ticket in the form of a one-click review. Here comments and tags can be selected to review the service they have received, from all departments of the business from billing to tech support, giving customers an accessible and quick way to rate the service they receive. If anything less than ‘Awesome’ is received the Operations Team are automatically notified and personal contact is made with the customer to understand how the service can be improved in the future to ensure we continually deliver an ‘awesome; service. Over the last 6 months, we have achieved 96.91% rating for exceeding customer expectations.
